1. RESERVATION
   Number of attendees, price, accommodation, food and beverage and other orders are shown on the reservation overview. Age limit to check in at Wood Hotel Bodø is 18 years. For safety reasons, we require all guests above 18 years’ of age to be able to show a valid ID.
   
   Wood Hotel Bodø is a non-smoking hotel.
    
2. VALIDITY OF PRICES
   The stated prices are cogent for both parties. The hotel reserves the right to adjust the prices due to changes of costs i.e. increased taxes or fees or other conditions out of control for the hotel.
    
3. STATUS | CHANGES/CANCELLATION
   All changes/cancellations should be made in written notifications to the hotel to be valid. Guaranteed Payment for the whole reservation is guaranteed by a company or a credit card, the hotel has responsibility to offer the guest accommodation for the confirmed number of nights. 100% of the reservation will be charged if the room is canceled or in case of no-show.
    
4. PAYMENT
   
   4.1 Payment in advance according to the specification written under general information in the reservation overview.
   
   4.2 Full payment for the arrangement will be made upon arrival at the hotel.
   
   4.3 Bank warranty for the total anticipated cost should be sent to the hotel according to the specification written under comment in the confirmation. If payment is delayed an interest charge according to local law will be added.
    
5. DEPOSIT
   The hotel reserves the right to ask for deposit or bank warranty.
    
6. DISPOSAL OF ACCOMMODATION
   Ordered rooms for accommodation are guaranteed to be ready for check in after 15.00 on the arrival day and are held for your disposal until 11.00 on the departure day. Any changes to these times have to be agreed upon and confirmed by the hotel.
    
7. VISITORS
   Visitors are not allowed in the room after 23:00. Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival and be accompanied by the registered guest at all times.
    
8. LIABILITY OF DAMAGE
   The Customer is responsible for all damage on the hotel property caused by careless or intended behavior of the participants.
    
9. FORCE MAJEURE
   Occurrences out of control for the parties (strike, lock out, fire etc.) that makes it impossible to fulfill the obligations of this contract gives the right to cancel the whole arrangement without liability to pay compensation.
    
10. COURT PROCEEDINGS
    Any disputes between the parties in this contract, or between participants and the hotel, will be handled according to the local law. If a compromise solution is not found the statement from the court of law will apply.
     
11. PERSONAL INFORMATION
    Wood Hotel Bodø may in some cases use Google to search for personal information in order to enhance the guest experience during the stay at the hotel. This information will not by any means be used for commercial purposes, only to understand the guest’s true needs in order to deliver the best service possible. You may reserve yourself from this by responding to this email.
     
12. A CASH FREE HOTEL
    Wood Hotel Bodø is a cash free hotel.
