The Christmas Menu

Wood’s traditional Christmas plate, filled with all the holiday classics: pork ribs, salt-cured lamb ribs, pork patties, smoked sausage, red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, almond potatoes, stirred cranberries, and Christmas sauce.

Alternatively, you can opt for Christmas cod, served with pea purée, almond potatoes, red cabbage, stirred cranberries, and crispy bacon.

Finish off with Wood’s own cloudberry cream—whipped cream with cloudberries, served with a Norwegian waffle cookie. A dessert that truly captures the taste of Christmas!
