
Winemakers Dinner
This evening, we are joined by representatives from Palmer, who will share their story, philosophy, and passion for the true art of champagne.
Throughout the night, you’ll experience a tasting journey of five of their signature cuvées, elegantly paired with a specially curated menu from the ATTME kitchen team. Highlights include Brut Réserve from a 3-liter bottle as the aperitif, the pure and natural La Réserve Nature with the first course, as well as Blanc de Blancs Brut, Grands Terroirs from magnum, and the Rosé Solera.
Restaurant ATTME, located on the 7th floor of the hotel, offers sweeping views of Landegode and the Lofoten Wall. Here, Northern Norwegian bistro culture meets French bubbles, in an atmosphere that blends nature, raw elegance, and first-class hospitality.
