Our sauna, located on the 8th floor in our Pool & Wellbeing area, is designed to give you that perfect balance of heat and calm. This is a traditional Nordic sauna. No gimmicks, just the real thing. Whether you start your day here or end your evening in the warmth, it’s a space made for deep breaths and slow exhales.

Step inside, let the heat wrap around you and feel your pulse find a quieter rhythm. As your body relaxes, lift your gaze and take in the sweeping view over Bodø city and the beautiful Børvasstindan mountains. The contrast between warm air and cool scenery does something to you.
