Cocktails by the Fire
During this intimate course, you’ll be introduced to how our bartenders work with seasonal ingredients and flavor combinations to craft exquisite autumn cocktails. Through five presentations, you’ll gain insight into the art of creating well-balanced drinks, from refreshing aperitifs to warm and spiced classics.
To elevate the experience, five small dishes inspired by Northern Norwegian nature and seasonal ingredients will be served. This evening is all about taste, atmosphere, and great conversation. The menu can be found in the “Discussion” section of this event.
The course is perfect for anyone curious about how flavors are built, looking for inspiration to create their own cocktails at home, or simply wanting to enjoy a social evening in cozy surroundings.
