Join us for some fresh air! Every other Tuesday we invite you to Wood Hike Club, an informal and low threshold walk around the hotel, wrapping up with a complimentary coffee at Café Turisthytta.

A spectacular mountain race through some of the most breathtaking landscapes Northern Norway has to offer. Bodøryggen takes you across iconic peaks with views of the Lofoten Wall, Landegode and the city of Bodø, before finishing at the summit of Rønvikfjellet.

Bar ATTME and the Bodø knitting festival invite your to a social knitting evening in the bar on the 7th floor. We will prepare everything for a fee-of-charge and inspiring evening with knitting in focus.

Join us for Baby Café at Café Turisthytta, Thursday 13 August! The café is open as usual, serving sweet treats, easy lunch options and freshly brewed coffee. From 12 to 3 PM, we roll out soft mats for the babies to lie and play.

On Sunday, August 16, Wood Hotel and Swingfolket Bodø invite you to a summer dance night at Café Turisthytta! 

We are bringing back the good old Turisthytta vibe with a laid-back atmosphere, lots of joy, and open doors for absolutely everyone, whether you want to hit the dance floor or just enjoy the crowd with a cup of coffee.

In collaboration with Bodø Knitting Festival, we are filling Wood Hotel with creativity, colors and true joy of creation. This weekend, the hotel is transformed into a living marketplace where you can meet talented designers and secure the most beautiful in hand-dyed yarn, pure wool, unique patterns and indispensable knitting accessories.

In Café Turisthytta you can enjoy board games whenever you like–whether you're staying with us or just stopping by.
