Join us and taste an authentic Salten tradition at Café Turisthytta. On this day, we serve møsbrømlefse, a beloved local dish with deep roots in Northern Norwegian food culture. A dish that also reflects Turisthytta’s long history as a gathering place for warm breaks and good conversations.

Møsbrømlefse is made from soft lefse spread with møsbrøm, a rich sauce of melted brown cheese and milk, often topped with butter and sour cream. Hearty, comforting, and best enjoyed by hand.
