Yoga with Martine
We begin with a guided meditation and move through slow sun salutations and dynamic stretches, before ending with deep relaxation and meditation in savasana. After the session, a fresh smoothie will be waiting for you.
The price of 395 NOK per person includes yoga, spa access, a smoothie, and the use of all equipment such as a mat, bathrobe, slippers, and towel. You’ll also have full access to the gym throughout the afternoon if you bring your own workout clothes.
